To Visit Zoo One must Purchase at least one activity ticket. 

Children with height under 140 cm are age under 12 years old allowed to enter the zoo No Charge

Children age 17 and younger must be accompanied by a paid adult (18+).

Children with height under 140 cm are not allowed to participate in forest walk with tiger activity.

Children with height under 140 cm can participate in photo shooting with tigers ONLY when accompanied by a paid adult (18+). 

Forest Walk with Tiger has only 20 spots available to visit per day, and only valid for participants over the height of 140 cm 

Photo Shooting with Tiger : Children under 140 cm can participate when one adult is accompanying and paying adult price. And only Photo with Tiger 

Shoot & Feed Tiger : S

hoot the meat and when the meat drop feeds the tiger (No photo)

Feeding Tiger : One has to Hand feed the Tiger

WAITING TIME FOR TOURS

PVT Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 30 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pick-up

Guests should be at the waiting area as per the itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.

The driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show

Terms & Conditions

No child above 120 cm will be admitted to attraction unless accompanied by an adult. If found Above the mentioned height then the service provider has right to charge the supplement from guest on ground

Guest needs to carry passport / Photo ID to redeem tickets at the counter along with Voucher / Booking Confirmation number

No refund applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction

The tour should be completed within 5 hours including pick-up and drop-off from hotel. Any delays caused by the guest may attract surcharge or No Show.

Pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking. The actual pick-up time to be reconfirm before service date

All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.

Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.

Maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time Guide/ Driver have reported at the hotel for pick-up. Guide will look for the guest in the hotel lobby / hotel concierge area and if guest not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide / driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show.

Guest who fails to avail the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers / tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable

For Transfers & Tours: Guests are requested to be at the place of pick-up / hotel lobby 05 minutes before the pickup time as mentioned in itinerary and may have to wait for a period of about 30 -45 minutes - depending upon – traffic, location of the hotel on the route.

*Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or re-instating of their tour on another day or time would be considered

All guests are provided a final itinerary and tour confirmation upon arrival in Bangkok
