• Children above the height of 140 cm will be charged as adults, regardless of their age. The service provider reserves the right to charge extra on the spot.

• The SIC up time is indicative. The final pickup time will be advised one day prior to service based on routing on the day of services. There could be a waiting time of 20-30 minutes from the indicated pick-up time. Guests are requested to be present at the hotel's lobby for pick-up. Once the driver has reported for pick-up they will wait for 5 minutes after which they will proceed to the next pick-up and the service will declare a no-show.
