Terms & Conditions

• All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of passengers during peak times, and any other unforeseen reasons.
• No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction
• The tour should be completed within the mentioned time. Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show.
• The pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking. The actual pick-up time is to be reconfirmed before the service date
• All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions, and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.
• Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
• The maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time Guide/ Driver have reported at the hotel for Pick-up. The guide will look for the guest in the Lobby Concierge area and if the guest is not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show.
• Guest who fails to avail of the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers/tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable
• For Transfers & Tours: Guests are requested to be at the place of Pick-up/hotel lobby 05 minutes before the pickup time as mentioned in the itinerary
• *Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or reinstating of their tour on another day or time would be considered
• All guests are provided with a final itinerary and tour confirmation upon arrival in Bangkok
• The starting time or pick-up time mentioned in the voucher will be estimated only.

FAQ

Does Phuket Elephant Sanctuary open every day?The Sanctuary is open year-round. 

Can I store my luggage?The sanctuary and plenty of space at our office for larger luggage.

What happens if I arrive late at the meeting point?If you are late, the tour will start with our other guests. Our vehicles will take you to the sanctuary as soon as you arrive so you can join the remainder of the program.

Are guests in wheelchairs welcome?Yes, of course. We recommend the morning tour as we feed the elephants near the reception area and then go on the elephant walk. We have electric golf cars that can access nearly every corner of the sanctuary, ensuring that all guests have an opportunity to see our elephants in the jungle.

Is it muddy? Do I need to bring boots?No, you don't need to bring boots; however, it will be muddy if there have been heavy rains. The sanctuary provides wellie boots up to size 12 as well as socks.

How hot does it get?Phuket is either rainy and hot, or dry and hot! Please bring a hat and sunscreen, and if you are prone to sunburn a long-sleeved shirt is also useful for extra protection. We provide chilled purified water throughout the tour.
