Aside from sheep, our farm has numerous exotic animals, for example Alpacas and Sika deer, so that you can learn, feed and closely observe them.

No child below 90 cm will be admitted to attraction unless accompanied by an adult. If found Above the mentioned height then the service provider has the right to charge the supplement from the guest on the ground as per adult cost

Guest needs to carry passport / Photo ID to redeem tickets at the counter along with Voucher / Booking Confirmation number

No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction

Reservation is required to be confirmed within one day before 1400 hrs

The tour should be completed within 2 hours including pick-up and drop-off from the hotel. Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show.

Pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking. The actual pick-up time is to be reconfirmed before the service date

All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.

Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.

Maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time Guide/ Driver have reported at the hotel for Pick-up. The guide will look for the guest in the Lobby Concierge area and if the guest not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show.

Guest who fails to avail of the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers/tours.
