- Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
- Guest booked with transfer option should be available at the hotel lobby 5 minutes prior to the pick-up time mentioned in the voucher.
- The SIC up time is indicative. The final pickup time will be advised one day prior to service based on routing on the day of services. There could be a waiting time of 20-30 minutes from the indicated pick-up time due to multiple location pick-ups. Guests are requested to be present at the hotel's lobby for pick-up. Once the driver has reported for pick-up they will wait for 5 minutes after which they will proceed to the next pick up and the service will declare a no-show.
- Waiting time for Private Transfer is 15 minutes from the time the driver reports to the hotel for pick-up. If guests are not found in the hotel lobby, the driver will leave the premises after 15 minutes and the service will be declared a No-Show. Guests will have to make their own arrangements to pay extra for the waiting surcharge or new service.
- Guest who fails to board the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers/tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable
