The closure comes as a precautionary measure for public safety following a recent 7.7 magnitude earthquake that impacted Myanmar and Thailand. Given the height of the building (300 meters), the observation deck is temporarily closed to ensure the safety of all visitors.

• Waiting Time : PVT Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 30 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pick-up
• Guests should be at the waiting area as per the itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
• The driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.

Terms & Conditions

• Children under 90 cm. Will be admitted free of charge if they shared a seat with their parents. Guest has to pay on spot the difference in cost if the height is higher than 140 CM
• Guest needs to carry passport / Photo ID to redeem tickets at the counter along with Voucher / Booking Confirmation number
• No refund applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction 
• The tour should be completed within 4 hours including pick-up and drop-off from hotel. Any delays caused by the guest may attract surcharge or No Show. 
• Pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking. The actual pick-up time to be reconfirm before service date 
• All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons. 
• Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid. 
• Maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time Guide/ Driver have reported at the hotel for pick-up. Guide will look for the guest in the Lobby Concierge area and if guest not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide / driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show. 
• Guest who fails to avail the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers / tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable 
• For Transfers & Tours: Guests are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby 05 minutes before the pickup time as mentioned in itinerary and may have to wait for a period of about 30 -45 minutes - depending upon - traffic, other picking up of guests and location of the hotel on the route. 
• *Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or re instating of their tour on another day or time would be considered
