• WAITING TIME FOR TOURSPVT Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 30 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pick-up
• Guests should be at the waiting area as per the itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
• The driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.

• Children above the specified height will be charged as adults, irrespective of their age. The service provided reserves the right to charge extra on the spot. 
• Child under 80 cm. shall refer to ‘infant’, is free of charge under adult’s supervision with no seats provided 
• Guest needs to carry passport / Photo ID to redeem tickets at the counter along with Voucher / Booking Confirmation number? No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction
• The tour with transfer should be completed within 3 hours including pick-up and drop-off from the hotel. Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show.
• The pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking. The actual pick-up time is to be reconfirm before the service date
• All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions, and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons. ? Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty manager and would remain subject to the availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
• Maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time Guide/ Driver have reported at the hotel for Pick-up. The guide will look for the guest in the Lobby Concierge area and if the guest not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show.
• Guest who fails to avail of the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers/tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable
• For Transfers & Tours: Guests are requested to be at the place of Pick-up/hotel lobby 05 minutes before the pick-up time as mentioned in the itinerary and may have to wait for a period of about 30 -45 minutes - depending upon - traffic, location of the hotel on the route.
• *Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or re-instating of their tour on another day or time would be considered
