- Waiting time for Private Transfer is 15 minutes from the time the driver reports to the hotel for pick-up. If guests are not found in the hotel lobby, the driver will leave the premises after 15 minutes and the service will be declared a No-Show. - All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.
- Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
- For bookings made with incomplete information, the service provider reserves the right to deny booking automatically, or charge retail rate directly from guests and make in the tour.
