• Children below 100 cm are free of charge. Children above the height of 130 cm will be charged as adults, irrespective of their age. The service provided reserves the right to charge extra on the spot.
• Guest needs to carry passport / Photo ID to redeem tickets at the counter along with Voucher / Booking Confirmation number
• No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction
• The tour should be completed within 8 hours including pick-up and drop-off from the hotel.
• Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show.
• Pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking.
• The actual pick-up time is to be reconfirmed before the service date
• All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons.
• Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.
