Ancient City has been regarded as one of the largest open-air museums in the world. Visitors can see many significant places in Thailand, for example, castles, palaces, temples, and sculptures. Some are models, but some are the originals that were taken from certain places. The exhibitions in the Ancient City are divided according to regions for visitors to enjoy and appreciate the core of the multi-faceted culture. The experience gives the impression of traveling the whole country within a day. The park was constructed under the patronage of Lek Viriyaphant, the owner of Viriya Insurance, in 1963. It is opened to the public since February 11, 1972. Now, it has been turned into one of the must-visit tourist spots in Thailand. Visitors can have an awesome experience with Talad Bok, where there are examples of typical Thai houses in the past and a simple floating market.

• WAITING TIME FOR TOURSPVT Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 30 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pick-up
• Guests should be at the hotel lobby/concierge or waiting area as per the itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
• The driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.

• The tour with transfer should be completed within 4 hours including pick-up and drop-off from the hotel. Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show.
• All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions, and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons. ? Any changes requested due to unavoidable circumstances have to be made strictly with the Duty Manager and would remain subject to availability and conditions of the Tour. Messages left with Guides and Drivers for changes will not be considered valid.

• The maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time the Guide/ Driver has reported at the hotel for Pick-up. The guide will look for the guest in the Lobby Concierge area and if the guest is not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show.
• Guest who fails to avail of the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers/tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable.
• *Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or re-instating of their tour on another day or time would be considered.
